(1) The hydrolysis (acidification) treatment method is a method between aerobic and anaerobic treatment methods, and the combination with other processes can reduce treatment costs and improve treatment efficiency rate. According to the different growth rates of methanogens and hydrolytic acid-producing bacteria, the hydrolytic acidification process controls the anaerobic treatment to the first- and second-stage anaerobic treatment with a shorter reaction time. Section, that is, the insoluble organic matter is hydrolyzed into dissolved organic matter under the action of large hydrolytic bacteria and acidifying bacteria, and the difficult-to-biodegradable macromolecular material is converted into easy-to-bio. The process of degrading small molecular substances to improve the biodegradability of wastewater and lay a good foundation for subsequent treatment.
(2) MBR membrane bioreactor
This link is the core of the entire sewage treatment system. Membrane biological method: refers to a sewage treatment method that combines biological reaction with membrane separation and uses membrane as a separation medium to replace conventional gravity sedimentation and solid-liquid separation to obtain effluent water, which can change the reaction process and improve reaction efficiency, referred to as MBR method. The process is mainly assembled by membrane modules, air supply devices, water collection devices, frames, etc. MBR membrane biological treatment technology is a new process that combines biological treatment technology and membrane separation technology. It replaces the secondary settling tank in the traditional process. It can efficiently separate solid and liquid and obtain stable reclaimed water for direct use. It can also maintain a high concentration of microorganisms in the biological pond, with little residual sludge, extremely effective removal of ammonia, argon and organic matter, and close to zero suspended solids and turbidity in the effluent, low energy consumption and small footprint.
